Alice Hansen

Alice Hansen created the Wild Wellness Method, a holistic approach to wellness that combines nature immersion, mindfulness, and physical movement. The method aims to improve mental and physical health by spending time in nature, practicing mindfulness, and engaging in physical activities like yoga and hiking. Hansen developed the program based on her experience with a traumatic event that prompted her to prioritize her well-being.

The Wild Wellness Method has gained popularity among those seeking natural and holistic approaches to wellness. Hansen offers coaching, retreats, and online resources to help individuals incorporate the method into their lives. It is adaptable and customizable, allowing people to tailor it to their unique needs and lifestyles. Hansen's dedication to helping others improve their well-being is making a difference in many people's lives.

Piet Blokker

Piet Blokker immigrated to Australia at the age of 21 and developed various skills in flower growing, salmon food production, and became a registered builder. However, at the age of 50, he was diagnosed with Lymphoma and Rheumatoid Arthritis, which led him to seek out alternative therapies such as reflexology, energy healing, and essential oils to find a connection within the universe and himself. During this time, he discovered Wim Hof and his method, ordering the 10-week course without hesitation, which proved to be a life-saving decision. Piet's RA disappeared and he became clear from cancer, allowing him to have fun with his children and grandchildren, who call him Naughty Opa.
